Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Once the return is approved, customers will be provided with return shipping instructions. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
