REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, customers must contact Luami Customer Support via email or phone with their order details and reason for the request. Once the return is approved, customers will be provided with return shipping instructions. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, have missing parts, or show signs of use. Any partial refund will be communicated to the customer upon assessment.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
